A little bit about us
Our Villages - Crawcrook & Greenside was previously known as the Crawcrook and Greenside Local Environment Group.
We have always believed that Our Villages are a great place to live, packed with friendly people who show passion for their community and want to make it better. Our goal is to involve everyone in the community in a wide variety of events and activities in Crawcrook and Greenside... and to have fun!
How we do this is by organising fairs, litter picks, planting etc and identifying other opportunities to engage with local people on local improvement projects.
What we hope to achieve through our activities is better community engagement and cohesion. We want people to feel that this is their home and that they can get involved in shaping its future for the better.
We are always looking for fresh ideas and new people to join us in improving our villages. Please do get in contact if you have any thoughts.
